This post is regarding my visit to Bubble trouble located near Kamta Chauraha in Gomtinagar. As the name suggests they serve Bubble tea in various flavors which intrigue the customers the most. They also serve amazing waffles which is a must try!

So, don’t miss a chance and go grab a bite!

All you need to know about Bubble tea.

Regardless of the time of day, weather, or occasion, it always feels like a good idea to get bubble tea. And what good place to get it from here in lucknow than Bubble Trouble. they have a wide variety of beverages including their main product Bubble tea.

Here, we are sharing with you some amazing facts you need to know about bubble tea.

  1. This drink is most commonly known as bubble tea, but it can also be called boba, pearl tea, tapioca tea, boba nai cha, black pearl tea, pearl shake, momi milk tea, and more.
  2. Bubble tea was invented in Taiwan, and the “bubble” part of its name refers to the froth you get from shaking it.
  3. Toppings are at the bottom of the drink and you drink it with a huge straw, so bubble tea is like a mixture between a food and a drink; it’s like a drink snack.
  4. Tapioca pearls are the black balls you see at the bottom of the drink. Tapioca is a starch that comes from the cassava root. It’s rolled in a ball, and we cook it fresh here – it has to be boiled and cooked and it can be flavoured with any kind of sugar or syrup you want. We flavour it with brown sugar here.
  5. Classic milk tea is the original bubble tea flavour, and it’s still the most popular. Lots of places just call it classic milk tea; that’s generally the most popular flavour. It’s black tea with milk powder and sugar.
  6. Bubble tea has evolved a lot over the last 30 years and become a very wide category. Milk tea is your most traditional type of bubble tea. This is just different types of tea with milk; it can be rooibos, jasmine, genmaicha, Assam… It’s just tea with milk and toppings added.
  7. Most bubble tea isn’t made with fresh milk – it’s made with powdered creamer.
  8. You should drink bubble tea as soon as you can. We get a lot of people who get delivery, or take it away and drink it the next day, but I think it’s always best to drink it on the same day you order it. Especially if the drink is using fresh milk rather than powder.
  9. Bubble tea has a lot of calories.
  10. Shaking the tea gives it a bubble froth on top of the drink, creating its namesake, the “bubble” tea.

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
